Dear Sara & Sarah,

I want to thank you both for doing such a spectacular job in coordinating my recent wedding.  I decided to hire a wedding coordinator for the day of our wedding in order to relieve myself of all the stresses and responsibilities that come with making sure it would go off without a hitch.  I can tell you that decision was one of the best decisions that I made during the planning of my wedding! 

You were recommended to me by another wedding coordinator in the area that I had called first, as she was already booked that day.  While I am sure she would have done a nice job, I am so happy that she was already booked!  You were responsive right from the first time I contacted you, and your pricing seemed very fair.  I was happy that I had the opportunity to meet with you in person, shortly after we booked your services.  You were very thorough with all the questions that you asked, which was especially helpful for a first-time bride!  There are a lot of things that I didn’t know to do, and it helped to have someone who knew what she was doing involved with the process.

Your attention to detail at the rehearsal and on the day of the wedding was impeccable!  I had a nice surprise in that Sarah Summerton also came along and the two of you were a godsend!  I literally didn’t have to worry about anything the day of the wedding because I knew that it was taken care of.  I can’t tell you how many people came up to me and said how professional and helpful you were.  And you were both out on the dock re-lighting the candles that had blown out too! 

When I told my mother that I had decided to hire a wedding coordinator to help with the day-of, she thought it was frivolous and unneeded.  But BOTH my mother and grandmother (both previous skeptics!) told me how wonderful you both were and how happy they were that you were there!  So you really must have impressed them, too!

Thank you for all your professionalism, dedication and attention to detail.  I definitely could not have done a better job myself!

We met Sara at the Outer Banks Wedding Association’s Bridal Expo and liked her immediately.  She struck us as honest, driven, and detail oriented, and proved herself to be all of these as she followed through on her promises and delivered the perfect wedding!  Thank you Sara!

Sara was very straight-forward with us and clearly answered all of our questions.  We felt like partners with Sara in planning our wedding.  She was usually a couple of steps ahead of whatever we were thinking, and always kept us informed.  We could not have pulled off this wedding without her!

Sara was the perfect professional, both with us and with the various vendors associated with our wedding.  This professionalism led to good relationships all around, and everyone from guests to the vendors seemed to have a good time.

Sara always responded to our calls quickly, and was very timely in finding whatever information we needed!

Sara’s attention to detail was impeccable.  She thought of everything and asked all the right questions, including about parts of the ceremony and reception we had never even thought to consider.  The result was every one of our wishes being carried out, and then some, making the perfect wedding for us and our guests.

We only wish that Sara had stayed longer to celebrate with us, as we found not only an excellent wedding planner, but a friend as well.

The rehearsal, wedding and reception all went smoothly in our eyes. And from what I’ve heard all my guests thought so too. I really felt like during the wedding and reception that everything was taken care of. I had no worries.

You were very easy to reach and always responded quickly – faster than all my vendors. You were also always pleasant and never made me feel like I was bothering you. I was pretty worried after the Lone Cedar burned down and yet you were able to contact Ron Kneasal even when I couldn’t on his cell phone (turns out his phone was in the restaurant). I really really appreciated your help during that time!

I was always surprised by the things you thought of that I never would have. I liked the schedule you made – how you always took notes and I never felt rushed. Again, I’ve heard some planners can get rude but all my guests, family and Mike and I thought you were so nice and yet you stayed professional and made sure everything that needed to get done happened at the right time. Mike and I keep saying, “we loved our wedding”!
